At ProjectorScreen, we want to ensure you achieve the perfect cinematic setup for your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our support team directly.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the projector or screen in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls to ensure full credit.
Affix Shipping Label
Once your RMA is approved, print the provided shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping carton, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
